凱富綸企業社負責人林盛火為花東寶石研磨界知名從業人員，曾任職經濟部本土玉石推廣研究助理工作、陸續接聘北區職業訓練及山地鄉原住民研磨、蠟雕專班導師，參與落實地方教育推廣。

業者更創設玉石蛋面十字線研磨，深受觀光客青睞，因此臺灣磨玉高手的名聲不脛而走。過去從事傳統玉石產業，對寶石的熱愛，透過臺灣玉的故事，希望為臺灣玉文化傳承與研發繼續努力。

【Shen-Huo Lin】Jade carving, Inlay, sculpture

Shen-Huo Lin, owner of Kai-fu-luan Co., has been noted for his skills in jewel carving in eastern Taiwan.  He has worked as a research assistant at the Jade Promotion Program at the Ministry of Economics and served as an instructor at job training center (northern Taiwan division) teaching common carving and wax carving to Taiwanese aborigines, thus recognized for his devotion to regional training programs.

Lin’s innovative egg-shell cross carving on jade is what makes him famous.  Tourists flock to his shop and Lin’s name spreads rapidly.  Starting off in the jade industry and sticking to it owing to his love for jewels, Lin hopes to carry on Taiwan’s legend about jade and helps further advance the technology of carving.
